First, add your bananas, mix until soft then add in melted coconut oil finally your peanut butter (make sure it’s runny so it mixes better) mix well. Then add into a silicone mold and place it into the freezer for a few hours. Then ready to eat. Also, you can freeze banana slices with other fruits or even yogurt. Freezing the bananas can change the texture and temperature which can in some cases make it more appealing to your pooch.
